Once upon a time…

Like all webmistress or webmasters I gained my HTML skills in a online community site which is called Friendster. I first learned the basics but of course I’ve gone through many trial and error stuffs that’s where I joined Friendstertalk — it’s a forum for newbies and pro’s. I started having this kind of “overlay” profiles which is like having a layout for wordpress and blogspot, it was really hard to understand especially when you’re a newbie and I was like 10 yrs. old that time? not sure though. Anyways, I gained a lot of online friends and I saw Ayei having her own website (too bad the website is not exisiting) so I said why not I give it try? Luckily, Ate Khayte posted a bulletin saying that subdomain is now open, and I said woah this is my chance to have a website of my own. So for the past 2 months I have pinkprincess.lachrymosa.uni.cc (ewww my website’s name suckss), Its really hard for me to understand FTP and stuffs because our internet connection that time is going crazy! After that 2 months, I don’t know what happened but it was all gone. Again, I applied and now it’s cutiedoll.pinktwilight.uni.cc (eeewwww no.2) my websites that name were girly, pink and eeewww no.3 haha. My comments are ust like 3-5 I was a loser. But then, it was deleted and so, I never had a website for the past few months.

It was about time to have a vacation when I already have moolahs on my wallet, which means I can buy my own domain now! I was really happy, Ate Khayte helped me with purchasing the domain and she paid the hosting expenses for the meantime I don’ have any money.  So, Lofty-Dreams was born!

The site was purchased last April 8, 2008 and opened on the 16th of the same month. I love this site so much, that I cant sleep without updating or checking it out. Lofty-Dreams was like my playground anything in this site is made by me (unless otherwise stated) . I can’t imagine how I gained my skills, Photoshop means a lot to me! I’ve me a lot of friends and I’m grateful that I did, they’ve helped me a lot and without them I can’t learn new stuffs. This site is like my online diary, about my life and experiences all that you can read here are true. Long story short, I love how my site turned out, srsly.

i’m gonna see you again.

In the future, maybe I’m gonna continue blogging, learn new stuffs, meet awesome people around the web and web designing — I still don’t know. I’d love to meet each every one of you! I hope to learn new skills as a web designer and just make my site better overall. I don’t have plan on converting my site to a 100% graphics site. I want this to remain kind of personal and share about my experiences, I’m happy sitting in the front of the computer all day :) so yeah, I’m not gonna be bored with these stuffs and srsly it won’t happen.
